What do you sell?
We design and 3D‑print custom enclosures, decor, and accessories for jumping spiders and other small invertebrates. All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Are your items safe for spiders?
Yes! Our products are designed specifically for jumping spiders and small invertebrates. Anything painted has been sealed prior to shipping.

Do you sell live spiders?
We do! — live spiders are sold separately from enclosures and decor. Availability varies and additional terms apply.

🎨 Custom Orders

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Many of our listings allow color and theme customization. Fully custom designs are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

Can I request a specific theme or idea?
Absolutely. Send us a message before ordering so we can confirm feasibility, pricing, and turnaround time.

Can I cancel or change a custom order?
Once printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or changed. If there is an issue, please contact us and we'd love to help.

⏱️ Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to make my order?
Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. It's typically no more than 3-5 days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States and to Canada. However, live animal shipping is not available in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Florida.

📦 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom and made‑to‑order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us & we will help as best as we can.

📜 Licensing & Use

Can I resell your products or include them in enclosures I sell?
No. All designs and printed products are for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or inclusion in enclosures for sale is not permitted.

Do you offer commercial licenses?
At this time, we do not offer commercial licensing.

⚠️ Additional Information

Are there slight variations between items?
Yes. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations, layer lines, and texture differences are normal and expected.

Do you guarantee fit with all enclosures?
Our products are designed for standard enclosure sizes listed in each product description. We cannot guarantee compatibility with third‑party enclosures unless specified.
